Once you have selected your colours and paid the $250.00 pom deposit, KNOTS Custom will send you wool poms that correspond with the colours you have chosen for your rug. After approval, please return the poms in the enclosed pre-paid envelope provided. 

You now can return to the website and pay your 50% deposit so we can start your strike off. Once we receive the poms, we will credit your account for the pom deposit. This will reflect in your final balance due. Freight will be calculated and sent after your preferences are chosen. If this sale is taxable please check the box below. Otherwise, KNOTS will use your sales and use tax certificate and withhold charging sales tax.
